摘要 目的调查科研事业单位员工工作压力与职业枯竭的现状,并探讨二者之间的关系。方法采用国际通用量表工作压力调查问卷(OSI-2)中国修订版和MBI-General Survey(MBI-GS)量表对北京303名科研事业单位员工进行调查。结果工作压力处于中等水平;职业枯竭水平不明显,其中情绪衰竭和玩世不恭处于中等水平,个人成就感中等偏高。工作压力总分与职业枯竭中的情绪衰竭和玩世不恭显著正相关,与个人成就感显著负相关。工作负荷、组织气氛和工作琐事可以预测情绪衰竭;人际关系和职业发展可以预测玩世不恭;人际关系可以显著但是较小程度的预测个人成就感。结论工作压力与职业枯竭显著相关,并对职业枯竭有一定的预测作用。 Objective To investigate the levels of job stress and occupational burnout of employees in S&T institutions, and study the relationship between them. Methods A total of 303 employees in Beijing S&T institutions were assessed by OSI-2 and MBI-GS. Results Job stress and occupational burnout were at moderate level. There were positive correlations between job stress and emotional exhaustion and cynicism, negative correlation with personal accomplishment. Work load, organization climate and hassles can predict emotional exhaustion. Relationships and recognition can predict cynicism. Relationships can predict personal accomplishment but on a low level. Conclusion Job stress is significantly correlated with occupational burnout and can predict it to a certain extent.
