摘要
赤藓糖醇是一种新型的食品添加剂,在口腔应用方面具有预防龋病的作用,可被视作蔗糖的替代品。赤藓糖醇属于糖醇类,能抑制口腔中细菌的生长,破坏菌斑的形成,减少口腔中细菌的产酸能力,因此对龋病具有明显的抑制作用。赤藓糖醇能为龋病预防提供一种新的途径,具有较广阔的发展前景。
Erythritol,as a new food additive,has the function of preventing caries,which can be regarded as a substitute for sugar.Erythritol belongs to sugar alcohol.It has the chemical constitution of polylol.It can inhibit the growth and acid production of the bacteria in oral.It can also control the dental plague.Thus it has the characteristic of non-cariogenic.So erythritol can provide a method for preventing caries and it has good prospect.
