摘要
由于诱导或者欺诈等原因,消费者购物后容易后悔。研究表明,消费者后悔权在本质上是一种合同撤销权,不仅能更好地保护消费者权益,而且在解决信息不对称、促进资源有效配置等方面也具有重要作用。由于存在消费者滥用权利的可能,应从行使权利的时间等方面进行规制。
For inducement and fraud, consumers are easy to regret after buying.Reasearch shows consumers" right of regret are right of cancel of contract in essence,which could not only protect consumers" rights,but also could solve information asymmetry, and take function in resource distribution. On account of consumers may abuse their rights, we should control from using times,and so on.
