摘要
目的探讨随机尿蛋白(Up)与尿肌酐(Ucr)比值(Up/Ucr)的改变在肾病患者诊断和治疗中的临床意义。方法肾病患者根据肾功能[血尿素(Bun(和血肌酐(Cr)]分为肾功能正常组(25例)和肾功能异常组(45例),同时选择健康对照组30例,分别检测出各组的Up/Ucr和24hUp,对其进行统计学处理。结果肾病患者Up/Ucr和24hUp水平均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01),肾功能异常组Up/Ucr和24hUp水平与肾功能正常组比较均无差异(P>0.05)。结论各种类型肾病患者Up/Ucr和24hUp均增高,且与肾功能无关。Up/Ucr与24hUp有良好的相关性,可代替24hUp用于临床蛋白尿的监测,可作为肾病的筛查指标。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of the spot Urine protein to creatinine ratio（Up/ Ucr） in diagnosing and treating renal disease patients. Methods According to the renal function indiee（ineluding ereatinine and blood urea nitrogen ）,70 patients with renal disease were divided into two groups：the normal renal function group（n：25） and the abnormal renal function group（n=45）. Another 30 health people served as the control group. The levels of Up/Ucr and 24 h Up were examined,and analyzed its＇ statistics. Results The levels of Up/Ucr and 24 h Up in patients with renal disease were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.01） ,while the levels of Up/Ucr and 24 h Up in abnormal renal function group were no difference than those in the normal renal function group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The levels of Up/Ucr and 24 h Up were increasing in all kinds of renal disease patients,and were no relations with the renal function. The Up/Ucr in spot urine samples can be used as an al ternative to urine protein excretion in 24 h Up collections in renal disease patients and as a screening index of renal disease.
