置身于职业教育课程改革的宏观背景,系统分析了中职校教科研工作中构建学习型组织的必要性和急迫性,并深入研究了构建学习型组织的关键要素。
This article analyzed the problems existed in the educational research work of the vocational schools in the background of the vocational education curriculum reforms and discussed the necessity and exigency of constructing the learning organizations in the educational research work.
