摘要
目的:对蛇葡萄(Ampelopsis sinica(Miq.)W.T.Wang)叶的化学成分进行研究。方法:运用硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等手段进行分离,运用IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS等波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果:共分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为槲皮素、β-谷甾醇、香草酸、3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸、表儿茶素、芹菜素、山柰酚、5,7,3′,4′-四羟基黄酮-3-O-6″-鼠李糖苷、芦丁。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物的叶中分离得到。
AIM: To study the chemical constituents from leaves of Ampelopsis sinica. METHODS: The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatographic methods, and the structures were elucidated on the basisof IR,1H-NMR, 13 C-NMR,MS spectral analysis. RESULTS: Nine compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as quercetin β-sitosterol ,vanillic acid ,3,5-dimethoxyl-4-orthohydroxybenzoic acid ,epicatechin ,apigenin, kaempferol, 5,7,3', 4'-Tetrahydroxyflavone-3-O-6-rhamnose, rutin. CONCLUSION: All compounds are isolated from leaves of this plant for the first time.
