摘要
目的观察藤茶总黄酮 (Tengchaflavonoids,TCF)对四氯化碳 (CCl4)诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤的影响。方法用腹腔注射CCl4致小鼠急性肝损伤模型 ,测定不同剂量的TCF对肝损伤血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)和天冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)活性、肝中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD )活性、肝中丙二醛 (MDA)的影响 ,同时对肝组织进行病理学检查。结果TCF具有剂量依赖性地降低CCl4致小鼠肝损伤血清ALT、AST值升高 ,降低肝组织匀浆中MDA的含量 ,增强SOD的活性 ,减轻CCl4对肝脏细胞的病理损伤。结论TCF对CCl4致小鼠急性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Tengcha flavonids (TCF) on hepatic injury induced by CCl 4 among mice.Methods The acute hepatic injury model was prepared by CCl 4 injected intraperitoneally.Then, the therapeutic effects of TCF on the model were evaluated by the activity determination of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT and AST),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver, and the changes of hepatic pathohistology following the treatment.Results The activities of ALT and AST and the MDA content in liver was significantly increased and the activity of SOD was largely inhibited in the animals of modeling group. Following the treatment with TCF, ALT and AST activities and MDA content were significantly reduced and SOD activity was obviously increased in the mice of treating group.Furthermore, the pathological changes were also significantly improved in the mice of treating group.Conclusion TCF holds protective effects on the acute hepatic injury induced by CCl 4 in mice.
