摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对16份萝卜种质花蕾的酯酶(EST)、过氧化物酶(POD)、α-淀粉酶(α-am ylase)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶进行系统分析。结果表明:供试材料花蕾中酯酶和过氧化物酶的酶谱多态性较高;α-淀粉酶为单基因控制,α-淀粉酶与超氧化物歧化酶的酶谱中均可检测到1个共显性位点。同工酶酶谱表型与聚类分析结果揭示了供试材料间的遗传多样性和亲缘关系,为萝卜种质资源鉴定与品种遗传改良提供了理论依据。
Four isozymes: esterase (EST), peroxidase (POD), α - amylase and superoxide dismutase (SOD) extracted from buds of 16 radish (Raphanus sativus L. ) accessions were studied with polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The results showed that a high degree of polymorphism was observed in the EST and POD isozymes. There was a co-dominant locus detected in the zymogram patterns of SOD and α -amylase isozyme, respectively. The isozyme zymogram and cluster analysis revealed genetic diversity and relationship among the tested accessions. This provided valuable theoretical reliance for radish germplasm identification and genetic improvement.
