摘要
首先筛选了光做为环己烷氯化的引发剂,然后建立连续化反应装置,并着重考察了光对环己烷氯化的影响,最后确定最优工艺条件:用蓝色荧光做光源,光照区域占反应器70%,光照强度0.88~1.00 cd条件下,单程转化率为20.45%,选择性为94.49%。
Using light as the chlorinating initiator of cyclohexane, an equipment of consecutive reaction was built. The effect of light on chlorinating of cyclohexane was studied. The single conversion was up to 20.45% and selective 94.49% while using blue fluorescent lamp as light source, 70 percent of reactor as irradiated area, and luminous intensity was 0.88 N 1.00cd.
