摘要
研究了氯化亚锡催化环己醇脱水制备环己烯的反应。考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对脱水反应的影响。结果表明 :在催化剂用量为环己醇质量的 2 0 % ,油浴温度 1 70~ 1 80°C,反应时间 5 0 min,产品收率达 85 .3% ,纯度为 97.3% ,催化剂可重复使用 。
The dehydration of cyclohexanol to cyclohexene using stannous chloride as catalyst was studied. The optimum conditions for the reaction are the mass ratio of ctalyst to cyclohexanol, 20%; the reaction temperature, 170~(180°C); and the reaction time, 50 minutes. The conversion reaches more than 85.3%, and the product purity is 97.3%. The catalyst can be reused, and the reaction does not cause pollution.
