摘要
以正硅酸乙酯 (TEOS)、金属镁、氯代环己烷 (C6H1 1 Cl)为原料 ,少量碘为引发剂 ,采用格氏试剂法一步合成了环己基三乙氧基硅烷 (CTEOS)。讨论了影响合成反应的主要因素 ,得到了最佳合成工艺 :反应温度 1 5 0℃ ,反应物的量之比n(Mg )∶n(TEOS )∶n(C6H1 1 Cl)为 1 2∶1∶1 0 5 ,反应时间 2h ,在此条件下 ,产品收率为 80 5 % ;并借助红外光谱仪。
Cyclohexyltriethyloxysilane(CTEOS) was synthesized by Grignard reagent method via one step,with tetraethoxysilane(TEOS),magnesium metal and chlorocyclohexane (C 6 H 11 Cl) as m aterial,a little iodine as initiator.The main factors which influencing the synthesis was discussed.The optimum synthetic parameters were determined as follows:the reacting temperature was 150 ℃,the mol ratio of Mg,TEOS and C 6 H 11 Cl was 1 2∶1∶1 05,the reacting time was 2 h.The yield was 80 5% at the optimal synthetic condition.FTIR and GC/MS were used to characterize CTEOS.
