摘要
以烯丙基氯和甲基酮为原料,通过格氏试剂法合成了-β烯醇化合物,并探讨了各种因素对收率的影响,获得了控制反应过程的最佳参数。使用IR、1H NMR对产物的结构进行了分析表征。
A series of β-vinyl alcohols were synthesized using methyl alkyl ketones or methyl aryl ketones and allyl chloride as starting materials by Grignard reagent method. Various factors influencing on the yield of the products were explored and the optimum parameters for the reaction processes were determined. The chemical structures of β-vinyl alcohols were characterized by both IR and ^1H NMR.
