摘要
以硫酸高铈[Ce(SO4)2]掺杂聚苯胺(PAn)为催化剂,环己酮和1,2-丙二醇为原料,催化合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮。探讨了反应时间、酮醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量等因素对收率的影响。结果表明,在酮醇摩尔比为1∶1.6,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的3.7%,带水剂环己烷用量12 mL,反应时间2.5 h的优化条件下,缩酮收率可达88.84%,产品纯度达99.46%。
The paper take the Ce (SO4)2/PAn as catalyst and cyclohexanone, 1,2-propylene glycol as raw materialc to synthesize cyclohexanonel 1,2-propylene glycol ketal. Influence of reaction time, mole ratio of ketone to glycol, dosage of catalyst and the amount of water-carrying agent on the yield was investigated. The optimum condition for the condensation reaction are as follows: The molar ratio of cyclohexanone to 1, 2-propylene glycol is 1 : 1.6, dosage of catalyst is 3.7%, cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 12 mL, reaction time is 2.5 h. Under the conditions, the yield of the cyclohexanone 1,2-propylene glycol ketal is up to 88.84% ,the purity is 99.46%.
