摘要
研究了以混二氯硝基苯为原料氯化制备1,2,4-/1,2,3-三氯苯。通过工艺优化,确定采用蓝色荧光做自由基引发光源,反应温度180℃,时间4 h,在最佳工艺条件下,混二氯硝基苯转化率75.5%,1,2,4-/1,2,3-三氯苯总选择性96.1%。
Studied the mixture of Dichloronitrobenzene as raw material chloride for the preparation of 1,2,4-/1,2,3-trichlorobenzene. Optimized the condition of chloride, sure the blue fluorescent as radical initiator light source, the reaction temperature was 180℃, the reaction time was 4h. In optimum conditions, the conversion of the mixture of Dichloronitrobenzene was 75.5% and the selectivity of total 1,2,4-/1,2,3- trichlorobenzene was 96.1%.
