摘要
师德评价的多元化应处理好其外部关系和内部关系。外部关系方面,方法的多元化应注重使之与相应的主体相辅相成;内部关系方面,应以模糊数学为契合点,实现注重定性研究与定量研究相结合。如此,才能使师德评价摆脱原先的一些较不科学的方法而取得较好的效果。
The article tries to discuss the valuable interior and exterior elements in evaluating teachers’ professional ethics.Exteriorly,the pluralistic assessment must be in line with its objects.Internally,qualitative evaluation must be integrated with quantitative analysis from the angle of fuzzy mathematics,to achieve desired assessing results.
