摘要
DK-13井、DK-17井是地质矿产部在西达里亚构造上首次完成的两口定向井,造斜点均为3300m。该两口井在上部地层直井段,一开使用普通膨润土钻井液体系,二开使用钾基聚合物钻井液体系;下部斜井段,DK-13井采用钾基聚合物混油钻井液,DK-17井采用加入塑料小球的钾基聚合物混油钻井液,进入油层段使用YK-Ⅱ型钻井完井液,并配合相应的钻井液维护处理措施。现场应用结果表明,膨润土钻井液体系解决了大井眼的携岩及护壁问题;钾基聚合物钻井液体系抑制能力、防塌能力、携砂能力强,润滑性好;YK-Ⅱ型钻井完井液具有较强的抑制性和屏蔽暂堵性。这几种钻井液体系满足了钻井工程的需要,避免了井下复杂情况的发生,减少了对储层的损害。
DK-13 well and DK-17 well are the two first completed directional well and the kick point at the depth of 3300 metres in the Xidaliya structure of Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resourses. Using the ben-tonite polymer drilling fluid in the first section, polymer-potassium drilling fluid in the second section, polymer potassium drilling fluid mixing with oil in the third section, using YK- Ⅲ complete fluid in the production formation. Application on the wellsite shows that the bentonite drilling fluid solves the hole cleaning, the polymer potassium drilling fluid with high inhibition , anti-collapse of wellbore, high carrying ability, good lubricant works for the hole,the YK- Ⅲ complete fluid with better inhibition and clogging ability works for the productive formation. These drilling fluids meet the needs of the drilling engineering, a void drilling problems and the reduction of formation damage.
