摘要
介绍了行之有效的定向井润滑体系即液—固体润滑剂组合体系,浅井段宜用液体润滑剂,深井段以固体润滑剂为主,其中以RH8501—塑料球组合润滑体系的润滑防卡效果最好。11年来63口定向井的现场施工实践表明,液体润滑剂一般在增斜段第一只钻头起钻前加入,加量一般为0.5%~1%;固体润滑剂一般约在1200~1500m时加入,一般加量为1%~1.5%,井斜大于50°时,加量为1.5%~2%。当2.0~0.5mm和0.425~0.14mm粒径的球各占约50%时,能较好地满足定向井润滑防卡的要求。此外,RH8501—塑料球组合润滑体系无荧光干扰,适用于任何类别的井且对环境污染小,工艺简单,使用方便。
Problems in the use of mud lubricator are discussed . It is proposed that liquid lubricator is added in the front end of directional section with dosage of 0. 5 to 1 % , solid lubricator is added in the deeper section with dosage of 1 to 2% . The optimum solid lubricator is composed of 50% coarse beads with particle size of 0. 5 to 2 mm , and 50 % fine beads with pa-rticle size of 0. 14 to 0. 425 mm .
