聚胺强抑制钻井液体系在张店油田的应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对张店油田泥页岩、伊蒙混层含量高,泥岩易水化分散,页岩层理发育,水敏性强,钻井过程中易出现井壁坍塌、钻头泥包等问题,开发了一种NH型强抑制性聚胺钻井液体系,同时进行了聚胺钻井液体系的室内研究及现场应用。介绍了聚胺抑制剂的作用机理,考察了聚胺加量对抑制性能的影响,并优选了降滤失剂、防塌封堵剂及润滑剂,评价了聚胺钻井液体系的抑制性能。聚胺钻井液在张店油田现场应用12井次,应用结果表明:采用聚胺钻井液体系后,井径扩大率小于10%,复杂时效降低率100%,缩短了钻井周期,降低了钻井成本,实现了快速安全钻井。 Aiming at the problems of high content of shale and immense mixed layer, easy hydration and dispersion of mudstone, well-developed shale bedding, strong water sensitivity, wellbore collapse and bit mud inclusion during drilling in Zhangdian Oilfield, a NH type strongly inhibiting polyamine drilling fluid system is developed, and the indoor research and field application of polyamine drilling fluid system are carried out. The mechanism of polyamine inhibitor is described. The effect of polyamine dosage on the inhibition performance is investigated. The filtrate reducer, anti-collapse plugging agent and lubricant are optimized, and the inhibition performance of polyamine drilling fluid system is evaluated. The application of polyamine drilling fluid in 12 wells in Zhangdian Oilfield shows that after using polyamine drilling fluid system, the enlargement rate of hole diameter is less than 10%, the complex aging reduction rate is 100%, the drilling cycle is shortened, the drilling cost is reduced, and the fast and safe drilling is realized.
