摘要
概要介绍了用作钻井液固体润滑剂的塑料小球的生产方法,考察了粒度分布对塑料小球性能的影响,介绍了这种固体润滑剂的室内性能评定结果和现场试验情况.塑料小球是一种高效固体润滑剂,具有抗高温、无荧光、无毒、不影响钻井液流变性等特点,可广泛用于直井、超深井和定向井的各类钻井液中。
The manufacturing of plastic beads by suspension copolymerization of styrene and divinylbenzene is described breafly. The plastic beads with particle size 0.15-2.0mm(≥70% of them with particle size 0.3-2.0mm) are more effective. In laboratory tests introducing such plastic beads in 2-4% significantly reduces friction coefficient and torque for drilling fluids of different composition and density, leading practically to no change in their rheological behavior. Plactic beads have been put into use in drilling practice in Huabei Oil Fields. Examples of using them in troublesome strata of reservior(one well)and in a directional well are presented.
