摘要
目的研究护士的艾滋歧视及其与护理行为的关系。方法采用便利抽样方法抽取长沙市5所三级甲等综合医院的护士,采用一般资料调查表、护士艾滋歧视量表、护理行为问卷进行调查。结果650名护士参与了问卷调查,返回有效问卷619份。619名护士的艾滋歧视得分为(50.3±7.8)(总分85),护理行为得分(101.4±15.6)(总分124)。两者之间呈显著性负相关(r=-0.54)。结论长沙市三级综合医院护士艾滋歧视处于中等水平,降低护士艾滋歧视水平,可能有利于改善护士的护理行为。
[Objectives] To describe HIV/AIDS related stigma and caring behaviors among nurses and explore their＇s correlations. [Methods] Applying convenience sampling, nurses in 5 hospitals of Changsha city were recruited. The instruments as the Nurse＇s Stigma Scale, Nurse Caring Behaviors Scale and Demographic Data Sheet were used for data collection. [Results] 650 nurses were enrolled and 619 effective instruments were collected. The score of stigma Scale was 50.3 ± 7.8 （total score 85）, and the score of caring behaviors 101.4 ± 15.6 （total score 124）. There was negative relationship between nurse＇s stigma and caring behaviors （r =-0.54）. [Conclusions] Nurse＇s HIV/AIDS related stigma and nursing care behaviors are at middle level. Reducing nurse＇s HIV/AIDS stigma can improve nurse＇s caring behaviors.
