摘要
对影响香樟单芽组培苗生根的基本培养基、促根生长激素、氯化胆碱、单芽形态4因素的效应进行了评选试验。结果显示:取叶片展开,叶色翠绿有光泽且薄革质化的香樟单芽作组培材料,接种于添加生长激素IBA2.5mg·L^-1+IAA2.0mg·L-1及氯化胆碱60mg·L^-1的MS+200mg·L^-1Ca(NO3):培养基内,在3000—5000lux自然散射光照条件下培养,其单芽组培苗的生根率达93.9%以上,为其评选的促根因素最佳效应组合。
An experiment was carried out for evaluating the effect of promoting root formation of the seedlings of Cinnamomum camphora with treatments as types of culture medium, root promoting hormone, choline chloride and the morphology of buds. it showed that the rate of root formation reached 93.9 % in culture of IBA 2. 5 mg/L + IAA 2.0 mg/L, amended with choline chloride, under 3 000 - 5 000 lux natural condition. The plant material was taken from expanded leaves of single bud with texture of dark green, and brightly coriaeeous.
