摘要
诱导樟树幼叶产生愈伤组织,培养基中必须有2.4-D,其适宜用量在1.5~2.3 mg/L 之间.单独使用6-BA 不能产生愈伤组织,但在与2.4-D 配合使用时可以促进愈伤组织生长.其适宜用量在0.8~1.6 mg/L 之间。B_5培养基比 MS 培养基更有利于樟树幼叶愈伤组织的生长.
2.4-D was essential to the callus induction from the tender leaves of Cinnamomum Camphora,the suitable concentration was from 1.5mg/L to 2.3mg/L.The callus couldn't be induced when 6-BA was used alone.When combined with 2.4-D,6-BA it could prompt the growth of the callus,the suitable concentration was from 0.8mg/L to 1.6mg/L.B_5 medium was more beneficial to the growth of the callus than Ms medium.
