摘要
目的:采用非接触红外测温仪和色彩色差计,对藕节炮制过程中有关温度和颜色的传统经验表述进行客观量化研究,并分析两者变化的相关性。方法:以老药工传统经验为参考,在预定的时间间隔分别取样,测定不同炮制阶段藕节的温度和颜色。结果:用色彩色差计测定藕节颜色10次RSD为1.69%,表明该方法稳定;5批药材颜色L*值与温度曲线的线性方程R值均≥0.92,说明两者线性关系较好。结论:藕节炮制过程中温度和颜色变化存在较好的线性关系。用本方法控制其炮制质量具有一定的可行性,为进一步研究其他中药炮制加工的量化控制系统提供了参考。
Objective:To perform a quantitative research on the traditional empirical expressions of color and temperature in the processing of lotus rhizome node with spectrophotometer and non-contact infrared thermometer. In addition,the correlation between them was investigated. Methods:Samples were withdrawn at regular time intervals and measured the temperature and color in different processing phases according to experiences of skilled workers. Results:The RSD of L* value was 1.69% after measuring lotus rhizome node for ten times,illustrated this method was stable. R values of linear equations of curves between L* value and temperature were no less than 0.92. The results demonstrated that linear relationship between them was obvious. Conclusion:We find that using this method may be feasible to control quality of processing lotus rhizome node. The linear relationship between changes of temperature and color in the processing of lotus rhizome node is good. Furthermore,it provides a reference to further study the quantitative control systems of processing other traditional Chinese medicine.
