摘要
目的:探讨不同产地西洋参的色彩差异,为不同产地西洋参的区分提供科学依据。方法:采用CR-410型色彩色差计测定不同产地西洋参样品粉末的总色值,计算不同产地西洋参样品的总色值范围,并以SPSS统计软件分析不同产地西洋参样品颜色的影响。结果 40批西洋参样品的总色值范围为57.64~59.81;进口西洋参和国产西洋参的总色差有显著差异(P<0.05)结论:色彩色差仪可以为不同产地西洋参的外观颜色差异提供客观的色彩数据,可以作为快速鉴别进口与国产西洋参的检测方法,也可为产地区分的建立提供参考依据。
Objective： Discussion on color difference between American ginseng from different habitats,provides a new method for objectively quantifying appearance color of American ginseng. Method： CR-410 colorimeter was used to determine total color of American ginseng. SPSS statistical software were used to calculate the range of total color in different planting patterns of pieces and to analysis the relationship between different habitats planting and skin color of American ginseng. Result： Total color of 40 batches of American ginseng were at 57.64-59. Import and domestic American ginseng skin color difference were significant. Conclusion： Colorimeter can provide objective data for Import and domestic American ginseng appearance color,not only can be used as a detection method for the identification of two pieces, but also can provide a reference for the establishment of Import and domestic American ginseng.
