藏药喜马拉雅紫茉莉的分子光谱鉴别与质量评价研究

摘要 目的建立藏药喜马拉雅紫茉莉的理化评价指标,对其进行分子光谱鉴别,并与同科易混品紫茉莉进行区分,为喜马拉雅紫茉莉质量评价提供参考依据。方法利用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、可见光谱及红外光谱法,对16批喜马拉雅紫茉莉的外观性状、显微特征、浸出物含量测定进行考察,通过相似度分析与聚类分析对其易混品紫茉莉进行快速区分。结果喜马拉雅紫茉莉浸出物含量在15.44%~26.47%,其与L*值成正相关、与a*值成负相关。在1600~1000 cm^(-1)波长内,不同批次喜马拉雅紫茉莉相似度均>0.990,与紫茉莉样品聚为两类。结论性状鉴别、显微鉴别与红外光谱可作为喜马拉雅紫茉莉质量的初步评价方法,不同批次样品间红外光谱一致性较好,根据红外光谱可以快速、准确鉴别喜马拉雅紫茉莉与紫茉莉,为喜马拉雅紫茉莉质量评价提供参考。 Objective To establish the physical and chemical evaluation criteria for the Tibetan medicine Mirabilis himalaica,to differentiate from Mirabilis jalapa by molecular spectrum,and to provide a basis for its quality evaluation.Methods Macroscopic and microscopic identification,visible and infrared spectrum were used to examine the characteristics,microscopic features,and extracts of 16 batches of Mirabilis himalaica,which were selected as indexes to distinguish from Mirabilis jalapa quickly by similarity analysis and clustering analysis.Results The content of extracts from Mirabilis himalaica ranged 15.44%to 26.47%,which was positively correlated with the L*value while negatively correlated with the a*value.Within 1600~1000 cm^(-1),the similarity of different batches was more than 0.990 and the samples of Mirabilis jalapa and Mirabilis himalaica were clarified as two groups.Conclusion A quality evaluation method of Mirabilis himalaica has been established via macroscopic and microscopic identification and infrared spectra.The infrared spectrum of different sample batches are consistent,which can quickly distinguish Mirabilis himalaica from Mirabilis jalapa,providing a reference for the quality evaluation of Mirabilis himalaica.
