摘要 目的:探讨肝癌组织和癌旁正常肝组织中组织因子途径抑制物2(Tissue factor pathway inhibitor-2,TFPI-2)基因及蛋白表达情况。方法:应用原位杂交和免疫组织化学技术检测30例肝癌患者的癌组织和癌旁正常肝组织中TFPI-2的基因和蛋白表达。结果:正常肝组织中TFPI-2mRNA的表达显著高于肝癌组织(P<0.05),TFPI-2指数分别为88.23±1.43和30.66±2.47;正常肝组织中TFPI-2蛋白的表达显著高于肝癌组织(P<0.05),TFPI-2指数分别为46.60±1.80和22.54±1.22。结论:肝癌组织和正常肝组织中TFPI-2mRNA和蛋白表达均存在明显差异,为进一步探讨TFPI-2表达与肝癌的发展、侵袭转移的关系提供了理论依据。 Objective:To investigate the expression of tissue factor pathway inhibitor-2 (TFP1-2) in hepatocellular carcinoma and tumoradjacent normal tissue. Methods: The expression of TFPI-2 mRNA and protein were determined respectively by in situ hybridization(ISH ) and immunohistochemical staining(IHC ) in 30 cases of hepatic cancer tissue and tumor-adjacent normal tissues. Results: The expression of TFPI-2 mRNA was obviously higher in normal tissues than in carcinoma(P〈0.05 ), with the indices of 88.23 ± 1.43 and 30.66 ± 2.47 respectively. The expression of TFPI-2 protein in normal tissues was higher than that in carcinoma(P〈0.05 ), with the indices of 46.60 ± 1.80 and 22.54 ± 1.22 respectively. Conclusion: The difference in the expression of TFPI-2 is detected between hepatocellular carcinoma and normal hepatic tissue,which provides a theoretical basis for further study on the relation between TFPI-2 and the progression, invasion, and metastasis of liver cancer.
