热处理控制稻米害虫危害的研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究热处理的杀虫效果与试验用粮的装量关系,结果表明装量多,粮食吸收的热量会增多,加热到相同温度所需的时间会延长,作用于害虫的有效致死温度就会延迟达到。10.0 kg袋装成品桃花香米中存留的玉米象,需要55℃高温并维持24 h以上,才能终止发育和危害。与对照相比,试验组桃花香米储藏180 d之后,其酸度、食味评分、不完善粒、碎米率、色泽和黄粒米等指标没有明显的影响,仅水分减少0.4%。这说明55℃加热24 h的杀虫处理方式不会影响大米的品质。 Effeet of heat treatment against the grain insects is related to the quantity of experimental grain.The more quantity of experimental grain is, the more heat is absorbed, and the treatment time will increase and the effective lethal temperature for stored grain insect pests will delay reaching. Sitophilus zearnais Motschulsky survived in 10kg bagged rice would not cease to grow and develop untill the temperature reached 55℃ and lasted for 24 hours. Comparing with the control group, except for 0.4% moisture loss, there was no significant effect of heat treatment on such indexes of rice as acidity, taste score, imperfect grains, rates of broken rice, color and yellow rice kernel after storage for 180-day. It showed that heat treatment at 55℃ for 24 hours would not affect rice quality.
