摘要
结构空间热处理杀虫技术是将粮食储藏空仓、粮食及食品加工场所等结构空间环境温度升高到50~60℃,并保持该温度24~36 h以杀死其中存在的害虫的技术。结构空间热处理杀虫技术具有环境友好、杀虫效率高、无农药残留等优点,在北美洲、欧洲和澳洲已被广泛应用于杀灭空仓、粮食和食品加工场所中的害虫。在实施热处理杀虫过程中面临的主要问题是空间内热量分布不均匀,某些部位可能达不到杀死害虫所需要的高温,影响杀虫效果。本文综述了结构空间热处理杀虫技术的发展历史、基本原理、实施方法、技术要求以及优缺点等,为今后高效实施结构空间热处理杀虫及开展相关研究提供参考。
The role of structural space heat treatment insecticidal technology play is to increase the temperature of structural spaces such as empty grain storage,grain and food processing facilities to 50~60℃,and maintain the temperature for 24~36 h to kill the stored grain insects present in it.Structural space heat treatment insecticidal technology has the advantages of environmental friendliness,high insecticidal efficiency,and free from pesticide residues.This kind of technology has been widely used in North America,Europe and Australia to kill stored grain insects in empty grain storage and food processing facilities.The main problem in the process of implementing heat treatment to kill insects is that the heat distribution in the space is uneven.Also,some parts may not reach the high temperature required to kill the insects,which affects the insecticidal effectiveness.The development history,advantages and disadvantages,basic principles,implementation methods and technical requirements of structural space heat treatment insecticidal technology was summarized,which provided reference information for effective implementation of structural space heat treatment and related research in the future.
