摘要
建立了风电增速齿轮箱的静动力有限元分析模型,应用ANSYS软件对箱体进行静力分析,得出了箱体的应力和位移云图;综合考虑齿轮刚度激励、误差激励及啮合冲击激励,采用三维动力接触有限元法求得了增速箱内部动态激励,并对增速齿轮箱的振动模态以及动态响应进行了仿真分析。
The static and dynamic finite element analysis models are established respectively,then the static strength and stiffness of gear housing are analyzed by the finite element analysis software of ANSYS,the displacement and stress contours are obtained. Considering the stiffness excitation,error excitation and meshing shock excitation,the internal dynamic excitation is calculated by 3-D dynamic contact finite element method,the vibration mode and dynamic response of gearbox are simulated.
