摘要
应用三维非线性有限元法,对70 t转炉托圈在炉体倾斜不同角度时,进行了机械应力计算,计算结果表明托圈整体应力水平较低,但是在刚度变化大的局部产生了明显的应力集中,分析结果为转炉托圈的优化设计提供了可靠的依据。
By using 3D non - linear FEM for the calculation of mechanical stress of 70 t converter loop in different angles, the results indicate that both the overall mechanical stress and displacement are lower and are the symmetrical distribution obviously. However, there are the obvious stress concentrations in the place of the rigidity changing. The present investigations can provide beneficial reference data and theoretical guide for the design and operation of the equipment.
