An Application of ANSYS in Stress Analysis of the Case for Mine Reducer

摘要 运用三维绘图软件Pro/E,建立了矿用减速箱体的三维实体模型,应用ANSYS对箱体的结构进行有限元分析,找出了箱体最薄弱的区域,并以此为依据对箱体结构进行了优化,单箱体减少了523 kg的制造材料,使厂家的材料成本降低了16.3%。 The three - dimensional entity model of the case of mine reducer was established by Pro/E software, and a finite element analysis on the structure of the case of mine reducer was carried out by ANAYS software, and the most unsubstantial part in the reducer case was found. Based upon the finite element analysis, the reducer case had been optimized, so that the materials for manufacturing single reducer case was reduced by 523 kg, the cost of its production was reduced by 16.3% in manufacturing materials.
