摘要
采用三维接触有限元法得出啮合齿对的时变刚度曲线 ,根据齿轮精度确定齿面误差曲线 ,求得包括刚度激励和误差激励在内的内部动态激励。应用 I- DEAS软件建立了增速箱有限元动力分析模型 ,并对增速箱的固有频率以及箱体和传动轴的振动响应进行了数值仿真 。
Based on the theory of gear engagement and 3 D finite element method for contact problem, a finite element analysis program of meshing gears was developed. With the help of this program, the time variable stiffness curves of meshing teeth pairs could be acquired. The gear error curves were computed according to profile tolerance which was determined by the machining precision of gearing. With above method, the inner dynamic excitation including stiffness excitation and error excitation was obtained. Using the finite element analysis software (I DEAS), the dynamic model of speed increasing gearbox was established. Then the natural frequencies of whole gearbox were calculated, and the vibration responses of gearbox and transmission shafts were simulated. The calculating results reflected the vibration characteristics of gearbox correctly. It also indicated that resonance phenomenon would not appear in this structure and the root mean square (RMS) values of vibration velocity of gearbox were less than allowable values.
