摘要
通过对教学团队内涵和特征的分析,提出了教学团队建设的必要性及教学团队建设和管理的策略问题。指出教学团队必须重视过程管理,建立有效激励和约束制度,才能有效地发挥教学团队在学校教学工作和管理工作中的重要作用。
This paper analyses the meaning and characteristics of teaching team. It shows the necessity of constructing teaching teams and presents some strategies for the construction and administration of teaching teams. It points out that to bring the role of teaching teams in the school＇ s teaching work and management into full play, much emphasis must be laid on the process management, and effective incentive and restriction system must be established.
