摘要
高校教学团队建设是教育部“本科教学质量与教学改革工程”的一项子工程，在高校教学中具有创新性和前瞻性。该项目自实施以来在高校中产生了积极而深远的影响。教学团队建设是一项系统工程，必须从专业建设、课程建设、教学改革、科研转化和师资培养等多个方面进行工作。本文总结了本校控制理论系列课程教学团队建设的实践，阐述了教学团队建设的内涵，提出了团队建设的几点建议，进而论证了团队建设的必要性。
College teaching team building is a sub-project of the Ministry of Education ＂undergraduate teaching quality and teaching reform project＂. It＇s innovative and forward-looking in college teaching. Since the implementation of the pro- ject has had a positive and profound impact in universities. Teaching team building is a systematic project, the work must be carried out in many ways as professional development, curriculum development, educational reform, teacher training and other research and transformation. This paper summarizes the school control theory courses teaching team-building practice, explained the meaning of the teaching team building, team building some suggestions, and then proves the ne- cessity of team building.
