摘要
探讨了高等学校人才引进工作的意义和作用,分析了现阶段高等学校人才引进工作面临的主要问题并提出了相应的解决对策,指出了高等学校人才引进工作应处理好4个关系,即引进和培养的关系;引进和稳定的关系;激励和约束的关系;团队与个体的关系。
The significance and role of talent introduction in universities are elaborated. The main problems and countermeasures of talent introduction in universities are also analyzed. Finally, the four relations which should be well handled are proposed: the relationship between introduction and train, introduction and stability, encouragement and restriction, team and individual, etc.
