几种蜡样芽胞杆菌群微生物的选择性培养基比较 被引量:4

摘要 蜡样芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cereus,Bc)是常见的食品污染菌,能导致呕吐和腹泻型两种不同类型的食物中毒。对三种常用Bc选择性培养基进行了比较,证明MYP及PEMBA对Bc群微生物有良好的选择性。通过对细菌菌落形态和生长状况分析,结合血琼脂平板上的溶血实验,利用这两种培养基可以很好地从芽胞杆菌中选择出Bc群微生物。其中MYP制备方便,培养时间短,更适合作为Bc群微生物的常规鉴定培养基。 Bacillus cereus, a ubiquitous contaminant in food, can cause diarrhoeal poisoning. The selectivity of several media for B. cereus group strain was investigated and emetic types of food in this paper. The resuh confirmed that MYP and PEMBA medium had high selectivity for this bacterium. Based on the colony morphology and the hemolytic activity on trypticase soy-sheep blood agar plate of isolates, B. cereus group bacteria could be highly selected on MYP and PEMBA medium. Furthermore, MYP was more selective and easier to prepare than PEMBA. Thus, it is considered to be a selective medium for B. cereus group microorganism.
