摘要
从送检的待出口食用香料添加剂-桂粉中分离一株出疑似蜡样芽胞杆菌。经细菌形态学观察、葡萄糖发酵试验、硝酸盐还原试验、V-P试验、L-酪氨酸分解试验、溶菌酶试验、卵磷脂酶试验、动力试验、根状生长试验、溶血试验、蛋白质结晶毒素试验等证实分离菌株为蜡样芽胞。
A doubtful bacillus cereus strain was isolated from spicery additive of Cinnamomum cassia powder.It was proved that the strain was Bacillus Cereus by the methods of bacterial morphological observation,glucose ferment,nitrate deoxidization,V-P test,L-tyrosine decomposition,lysozyme,lecithin enzyme,bacterial motility,root shape growth,hemolysis,protein crystal toxin.
