概述蜡样芽孢杆菌的检测方法及其在乳制品中的污染情况和防控措施,建议婴幼儿食品增加蜡样芽孢杆菌致病菌指标。
In this paper, the pollution of badllus cereus in dairy products were summarized,the detection methods and control measures in dairy products were discussed.Propose that adding Bacillus cereus indicator to infant food.
