摘要
本文将改革开放以来我国高校教师流动的轨迹划分为三个发展阶段,并对各个阶段高校教师流动的机制、特征和背景作了阐述和分析。本文的结论认为,改革开放三十年来,我国高校教师流动的市场化体制机制日益完善,教师的流动权和流动机会逐步提升,教师流动日益活跃,流动选择更加多元、合理,系统内的或校际间的高校教师流动逐渐取代系统间的流动成为主要的流动类型,流动的区域分布更为均衡,以往由中西部向东部、由一般院校向国家重点院校的非均衡的或单向流动逐步向双向、更均衡的大流动格局发展。本文同时探讨了当前高校教师流动中存在的一些无序、不合理现象及其根源。
The article divides the Chinese college teachers' mobility since 1978 into three stages and discusses the mechanism, features and backgrounds of each stage. It concludes that the marketing mechanism of the teachers' mobility becomes more and more perfect and the mobility gets more and more active. The choices of migrating is more and more divers and reasonable. The mobility happening within the system or among the colleges has been the major kind. The distributing of districts has been more and more balanced , characterized by shifting from the unilateral mobility from the west to the east or from an ordinary college to a key college to a bilateral and balanced great mobility phase. In addition, the article also analyzes the obstacles disadvantage of college teachers' mobility currently.
