摘要 采用超声波-电沉积方法在金属基体上制备纳米Ni-Al2O3复合镀层。研究了超声波频率、功率对制备复合镀层的影响。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对镀层微观组织、表面形貌进行观察和分析。结果表明:超声波的作用可有效解决纳米Al2O3微粒在镀液中的分散问题,使纳米Al2O3微粒均匀分布在复合镀层中,促进纳米Al2O3微粒与镀层基质金属的共沉积,并细化基质金属Ni的晶粒,获得了由镍晶(20~40 nm)和纳米Al2O3微粒构成的纳米复合镀层。 The nano Ni-Al2O3 composite coating were prepared by ultrasonic-electrodeposition on metal substrate. The effects of ultrasonic frequency and power during the ultrasonic-electrodeposition progress were investigated. The micro-structure and surface morphology were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that, with proper ultrasonic effect, the dispersion problem of Al2O3 in bath can be effectively solved, thus making nano Al2O3 particles distributed uniformly in the composite coating. By introducing ultrasonic wave, the co-deposition of nano Al2O3particles and coating matrix metal can be promoted and the nickel crystalline will be fined. The nano Ni-Al2O3 composite coating consisting of nanocrystalline nickel(20~40 nm) and nano Al2O3 particles have thus been obtained.
