摘要
研究功率超声在纳米电沉积技术中的作用机理。结果表明 ,在电沉积Ni/纳米Al2 O3 复合镀层过程中 ,引入功率超声可有效解决纳米Al2 O3 粒子在镀液中的分散问题 ,使纳米Al2 O3 粒子均匀分布在复合镀层中 ,促进纳米Al2 O3 粒子与镀层基质金属的共沉积 。
The mechanism of applications of high intensity ultrasonic in the nano composite electrodepositing was expatiated on the base of experiment.The better results have been obtained by introducing moderate intensity ultrasonic in process of electrodepositing Ni/nano Al 2O 3 composite coating:evenly dispersion of nano Al 2O 3 particles in bath and evenly distribution of nano Al 2O 3 particles in composite coating,promoting co depositing of nano Al 2O 3 particles with nickel and fined nickel crystalline.
