摘要
通过电沉积方式制备Ni—纳米Al_2O_3复合镀层,并用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试方法研究了Ni—Al_2O_3复合镀层的组织与性能.结果表明:所得复合镀层中Al_2O_3粒子分布均匀,结晶细密,表面光滑平整.在本试验范围内,镀层的硬度和应力随着Al_2O_3含量的增加而升高.
Ni - Al2O3 composite coatings were abtainded with electrodeposition method. The morphology of the coatings was observed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM -S570), the inter stress and the structure of the crystallization were analysised by X- ray diffraction(XRD- D/max- 3C) . The results showed that nami- Al2O3 particles uniformly distributed into coatings, with the increase of content Al2O3 , the compose coatings can achieved finer grain, smooth and compect, furthermore, hardness and micro -residual stress of coatings also increase at the same time.
