摘要
通过正交试验确定了提取紫草总色素的工艺条件为:料液比1:10,微波功率640 W,微波时间5 min,乙醇体积浓度70%,80℃的恒温水浴中回流提取60 min。紫草素的提取率达到了2.73%,与传统方法相比提高了51.6%。
With orthogonal experiment the conditions to extract the shikonin are： weight ： volume= 1 ： 10, micro-wave power 640 W, micro-wave time 5 min, alcohol concentration 70%, extraction time 60 min in 80 ℃ bath. The extraction rate of shikonin reaches to 2. 73%, increasing by 51. 6% compared with the traditional extraction method.
