摘要
黄酮类化合物是以黄酮(2-苯基色原酮)为母核而衍生的一类黄色色素.本实验采用醇提法从脱脂石榴籽残渣中获得提取物,然后以硝酸铝显色法于510nm下使用可见分光光度法,以槲皮素标准品为对照品测定提取物中的黄酮含量.实验结果表明:石榴籽残渣中黄酮含量为12.79%.该方法简便,重现性好,结果准确,可作为石榴籽提取物的质量控制.
Flavonoid is a kind of derived yellow pigment which takes flavanone (2- benzyl chromogen alkone) as nucleus. The experiment takes ethanol extraction as the method to obtain the extraction from the defatted residue of pomegranate seed, and then takes quercetin as standard reference to determine the flavanone content of the extraction, using visible spectrophotometry by the aluminium nitrate color under 510 nm. The result indicates that the flavanone content in the residue of pomegranate seed is 12.79%. This method, which is simple, reproducible and accurate, can be used as quality control of pomegranate seed extraction.
