摘要
目的:研究紫草乙醇浸膏的精制方法。方法:碱溶酸沉法,大孔树脂吸附法,超临界CO2萃取法,含水乙醇-石油醚萃取法,铜盐络合法。结果:以外观性状、收率和萘醌总色素的含量为指标,对5种方法所得精制产品进行了比较。结论:含水乙醇-石油醚萃取法较适于工厂生产中紫草乙醇浸膏的精制。
Objective： To study the methods for purifying the ethanol - extracts of radix arnebiae. Methods ： （Ⅰ） pH control, （Ⅱ） adsorption by macro - porous resin, （Ⅲ） super critical carbon dioxide extraction, （Ⅳ） liquid - liquid extraction between ethanol （contained water） and petroleum ether, （Ⅴ） cupric salt complexometry. Result： Samples from five methods were evaluated in term of physic status, yield and the content of total hydroxyl naphthoquinones. Conclusion ： IV is a fit method to purify the ethanol - extracts of gromwell in factory.
