中国白酒行业进入了国家一级标准化技术委员会之列,标准的体系构成已经初步形成。但是还存在着技术标准体系不健全、发展缓慢、行业技术标准发展不平衡、标准之间缺乏系统科学的研究等问题,严重地影响了白酒行业的健康发展,阻碍了白酒行业的技术进步和产品更新。系统地研究中国白酒的标准体系已迫在眉睫。白酒感官质量的有效监督也是一项十分紧迫的任务,首先,要建立国家白酒感官品评技术规范或标准,其次,是需要有一支强大的、高水平的白酒感官品评技术队伍。(陶然)
Liquor standards system has been preliminarily formulated with liquor-making industry branch's entry into national A-grade technical committee for standardization. However, the existed problems including unsound technical standards, slow development of the system, unbalanced development of the industry technical standards, and lack of systematic scientific research among the standards etc. have seriously hinder technical progress and products upgrade in liquor-making industry. Accordingly, we should give priority to the systemic study of China liquor standardization system. Besides, the effective supervision of liquor sensory quality is also an urgent task. Firstly, national technical norms for liquor sensory tasting and judging should be established. Secondly, a high-level liquor sensory tasting and judging technician team is required.(Tran. by YUE Yang)
