摘要 甲醛本身的分子结构简单,不能够直接被反相色谱柱吸附,需要对其进行柱前衍生。本法采用2,4-二硝基苯肼作为衍生液对甲醛进行柱前衍生,生成的2,4-二硝基苯腙被反相色谱柱吸附,用水-乙腈混合溶液洗脱后,采用紫外检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。 Formaldehyde has simple molecular structure,so it can not directly be adsorbed by reversed phase chromatographic column,and need be carried out the precolumn derivatization.In this paper,using 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine as a reactant,the precolumn derivatization of formaldehyde was carried out to generate 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrozone,it was adsorbed by reversed phase chromatographic column.Acetonitrile-water mixture was used to elute,and UV detector was used to determine through using retention time as the qualitative index,peak area as the quantitative index.
