气相色谱法测定不同香型白酒中5种醛类化合物的含量 被引量:3

Concentration detection of five aldehyde compounds in different aromatic Chinese liquors by gas chromatography

摘要 目的了解不同香型白酒中醛类物质的含量,建立白酒中甲醛、乙醛、乙缩醛、戊醛和异戊醛同时测定方法,并对市售白酒中5种醛类物质含量进行测定分析。方法采用HP-INNO WAX色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测,外标法定量。结果该方法线性良好,甲醛、乙醛、乙缩醛、戊醛和异戊醛相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9995、0.9995、0.9994、0.9992,检出限分别为0.08 g/L、0.01 g/L、0.01 g/L、0.005 g/L、0.01 g/L,定量限分别为0.1 g/L、0.03 g/L、0.02 g/L、0.01 g/L、0.02 g/L。在236批次白酒的测定中,乙醛、乙缩醛检出率最高,分别为占比32.2%和8.9%,戊醛检出3批次,占比1.3%,异戊醛检出1批次,占比0.4%,甲醛未检出。结论本方法简便快速准确,灵敏度高,满足白酒中5种醛类化合物同时测定的要求。目前市售白酒中乙醛含量较高,乙缩醛次之,戊醛、异戊醛和甲醛检出率较低。 Objective This study aims to study the concentrations of aldehyde compounds in different aromatic Chinese liquors,establish a method for the simultaneous determination of formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,acetal,glutaraldehyde and isovaleraldehyde in it,and to determine and analyze the levels of 5 kinds of aldehydes.Methods HP-INNO WAX column was used for separation,flame ionization detector for detection,and external standard method for quantification.Results Good linearity was observed.The correlation coefficients(r)of formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,acetal,valyl and isovalyl were 0.9998,0.9995,0.9995,0.9994,0.9992,and the detection limits were 0.08 g/L,0.01 g/L,0.01 g/L,0.005 g/L,0.01 g/L,respectively.The limits of quantification were 0.1 g/L,0.03 g/L,0.02 g/L,0.01 g/L and 0.02 g/L,respectively.Among the 236batches of liquor,the detection rates of acetaldehyde and acetal were the highest,accounting for 32.2%and 8.9%;glutaraldehyde was detected in three batches,with the detection rate of 1.3%;isoglutaraldehyde was detected in one batch,with the detection rate of 0.4%,but formaldehyde was not detected.Conclusion The method has the advantages of rapid operation,good purifying effect,sensitiveness and accuracy,and meets the simultaneous determination of five aldehydes in liquor.The concentration of acetaldehyde in liquor is higher,followed by acetal.The detection rates of glutaraldehyde,isoglutaraldehyde and formaldehyde were low.
