摘要
建立了草酸二甲酯中游离甲醛含量的测定方法。该方法以2,4-二硝基苯肼与草酸二甲酯中游离的甲醛发生衍生化反应生成苯腙,衍生物可直接用于高效液相色谱分析。该方法加标回收率为85.4%~102.3%,相对标准偏差(n=5)为0.27%。本实验所研究的反应条件用于液相色谱法测定甲醛具有操作方便、准确等特点。
A spectrophotometry method of determination of formaldehyde in dimethyl oxalate using 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH) as developer was studied. Formaldehyde in dimethyl oxalate can react with DNPH to get stability compound, hydrazone, and then could be injected into high performance ligquid chromatography directly. The recovery rate of formaldehyde in dimethyl oxalate was 85.4%- 102. 3%. Relative standard derivation was 0. 27%( n= 5) . The method has been applied to the determi- nation of formaldehyde in real sample and has the advantages of simple operation, good accuracy.
