摘要
棘皮动物含有丰富的氨基多糖,尤以海参居多,其结构和性质与已知的其它动物氨基多糖不同。氨基多糖在许多疾病的治疗方面具有独特的功效,开发前景也日益广阔.本文就棘皮动物氨基多糖的提取、功效及应用前景作一概要介绍。
The echinodermata, especially holothuroidea, is rich in acid mucopolysaccharides. The structures and properties of acid mucopolysaccharides in echinodermata are different from those in other species. The acid mucopolysaccharides serve the special function of treating many diseases and indicate a wide prospect of development. This paper describes the extraction function and developing tendency of acid mucopolysaccharides in echinodermata.
